We certify that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our localization/translation supply chain.
Dynamic Language certifies that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in its localization/translation supply chain. Slavery and human trafficking is prohibited by the Dynamic Language Supplier Code of Business Ethics (Dynamic Language Supplier Code of Business Ethics).
As part of the Dynamic Language Ethics training program, suppliers shall review the Code of Business ethics on an annual basis and view our current training materials. Suppliers must agree with the principles of the Code in order to engage in business with Dynamic Language. The code language is also contractually embedded into our signed supplier agreements.
Dynamic Language understands the inherent risk in working with contractors and the limited amount of control when working with a contracted partner. Therefore, Dynamic Language establishes close relationships with its partners to ensure that the principles and values of the partner align with those of Dynamic Language and its customers. Dynamic Language carries out risk assessments on a continual basis for both new and existing suppliers and may carry out investigative procedures against suppliers who are identified as being at risk for human trafficking and/or modern slavery.
Dynamic Language understands that respecting the rights of those involved downstream in our supply chain is ultimately the responsibility of our suppliers. Dynamic Language is a limited liability corporation, and a copy of this human trafficking statement signed by the Chief Executive Officer is available upon request.
